“Always better together” is one of my favorite sayings. That’s because I believe in the magic and empowerment of connecting with others.
My Mind Body Group Workshops are comprised of 7 to 12 sessions, depending on the number of people and what will be covered. You will develop your own tool box of coping strategies to manage stress, adversity and the challenges of life.
In a group setting, you will weave your various strengths and perspectives with those of the other group members into a beautiful fabric of sisterhood. The process is a safe and nurturing way to move through emotions towards a path of growth and self-healing. It’s also one of the most powerful experiences you can give yourself – and fun, too. I promise!
